Four movements, in order.
Every engagement follows the same shape, whether it is a single process or a company-wide programme. The sequence is not a methodology we sell — it is simply the order that keeps us honest.
- 01
Diagnose
We map the process, the data, and the decision points before proposing anything. Most of the value is found here, in agreeing on what the real problem is.
- 02
Prove
A narrow, working system against real data, in weeks rather than quarters. It either earns its place or it does not, and we would rather find out early.
- 03
Build
Production engineering: retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, integration with the systems the client already runs, and the tests that keep it honest.
- 04
Hand over
The client's engineers own the system, the reasoning, and the roadmap. We stay available, but the capability stays with them.
What to expect, concretely.
- Typical first phase
- 2–4 weeks
- Working system in production
- 6–12 weeks
- Team shape
- Delivery lead + 1–3 engineers
- Handover
- Client engineers own it
Timelines depend on data access, security review, and how quickly decisions get made on your side. We will give you a specific estimate after the diagnosis, not before.
